about me

During Caroline's career as a patent litigator, she was part of teams who collectively secured over $1.5B in settlements and judgments for clients. Caroline left patent litigation to represent smaller clients throughout Iowa, where she is based in the Des Moines metro. Caroline has a special passion for special education disputes, representing parents and students in disputes with school districts. Caroline also continues to use her years of experience in patent and complex civil litigation to advise small businesses in intellectual property matters and state and federal litigation. From lead to local counsel, Caroline is prepared to assist.
